- Combine Ingredients: Add the watermelon cubes, cold water, fresh lime juice, agave syrup or sugar, and fresh mint leaves into a blender.
- Blend Smooth: Blend the mixture until it becomes completely smooth and uniform in texture, ensuring all flavors meld together.
- Taste and Adjust: Sample the agua fresca, adjusting the lime juice or sweetener as needed to suit your taste preferences.
- Strain (Optional): For a smoother texture, strain the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any pulp or solids.
- Chill the Drink: Pour the strained or unstrained agua fresca into a pitcher and refrigerate until well chilled.

Notes
- Very sweet watermelon may not need additional sweetener.
