Description

Warm, cheesy, and ultra-comforting, this classic Spinach and Artichoke Dip is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. Perfectly baked until bubbly and golden, it combines creamy cheeses, spinach, and artichokes for a flavorful appetizer to share.

Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 1 (10 oz) box frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, chopped

Dairy

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan

Other

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the dip evenly and thoroughly.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the thawed and drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Prepare Baking Dish: Spread the mixed dip evenly into a small baking dish, ensuring a smooth and level surface for even baking.
  4. Bake the Dip: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  5. Serve Warm: Remove from the oven and serve immediately while warm with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks for dipping.

Notes

  • This dip can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving to save preparation time.
  • Use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream to create a lighter version of the dip without sacrificing creaminess.
