Dairy and Seasoning

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp thyme

  • 200 g shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions

  1. Sauté Aromatics: Melt butter in a pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and celery, sautéing until softened and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add Vegetables and Broth: Stir in the diced potatoes, corn kernels, and chicken or seafood broth. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
