  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Set your oven to 425°F (220°C) to get it ready for baking the pie.
  2. Mix filling: In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, and heavy cream until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Add spices and salt: Stir in cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt thoroughly into the pumpkin mixture to evenly distribute the warm spices.
