Ingredients

Beans and Broth

  • 2 cups cooked white beans (or canned, drained)
  • 4 cups vegetable broth

Vegetables

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat oil: In a pot over medium heat, warm 2 tablespoons of olive oil to prepare for sautéing the vegetables.
