Ingredients

For the Grilled Avocados

  • 2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • ½ red bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 2 limes

Instructions
