- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Prepare Sauce: In a pan, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat until melted and warm.
- Sauté Garlic: Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute, taking care not to burn it.
- Add Crab Meat: Gently add crab meat to the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes, warming it through without overcooking to keep it tender.
- Toss Pasta: Add the cooked linguine to the pan and toss to combine well with the crab and garlic butter sauce.
- Season: Stir in lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes if using, adjusting seasoning to taste.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve the linguine immediately while hot.
