- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Liquids
- 1/2 cup yogurt or milk
- 1/2 cup ice
Optional
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Peel the banana and measure out 1 cup of mixed berries and 1/2 cup of yogurt or milk. Gather 1/2 cup of ice and honey if using.
- Combine in Blender: Add the banana, mixed berries, yogurt or milk, and ice into a blender container.
- Blend: Blend the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy with no chunks remaining.
- Taste and Sweeten: Taste the smoothie and add 1 teaspoon of honey if you want extra sweetness. Blend again briefly to combine.
- Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately for the best freshness and texture.

- Use frozen berries for a thicker, colder smoothie.
