Instructions
- Mix liquids and cocoa: In a jar, whisk together the milk, cocoa powder, and peanut butter until smooth and fully combined.
- Add chia seeds and sweetener: Stir in the chia seeds and your choice of honey or maple syrup for sweetness, mixing thoroughly to prevent clumps.
- Chill the pudding: Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 to 4 hours or preferably overnight, allowing the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken the pudding.
- Stir midway for texture: After about 10 minutes in the fridge, stir the mixture again to ensure an even, smooth texture.
- Serve with banana topping: Before serving, top the pudding with the mashed or sliced banana for added flavor and freshness.
