Instructions

- Blend until smooth: Blend all ingredients on high speed until the mixture achieves a smooth and consistent texture.
- Adjust consistency: If a thinner soup is desired, add up to ½ cup of tomato juice and blend again until fully incorporated.
- Chill: Transfer the gazpacho soup to a container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to develop flavors and serve cold.
