Bread & Butter
- 4 slices Italian bread
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
Pizza Filling
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup pizza sauce
- 12 slices pepperoni
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Butter the Bread: Butter one side of each slice of Italian bread evenly to ensure a golden, crispy exterior when grilled.
- Assemble the Sandwich: Place two slices of bread butter-side down on a work surface. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the unbuttered side.
