Instructions

  2. Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, egg, all-purpose flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir thoroughly until a thick dough forms.
  3. Form Bites: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into small balls with your hands for consistent size and shape.
  4. Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the cheese balls on the prepared baking sheet, making sure to leave space between each so they bake evenly.
