Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it reaches the proper temperature while you prepare the batter.
  2. Prepare the batter: In a mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, milk, sugar, and egg. Stir until all ingredients are just combined; avoid overmixing to keep the muffins light and fluffy.
  3. Add chocolate chips: Gently fold in the chocolate chips to evenly distribute them throughout the batter without breaking them up.
