Description
A quick and creamy fall-inspired butter spread made with pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and honey. Perfect for toast, muffins, and holiday mornings.
Ingredients
2 sticks (8 oz) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
Pinch of fine sea salt
¼ cup + 2 tbsp pure pumpkin puree
¼ cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

In a large bowl, beat butter until light and fluffy (1–2 minutes).

Add cinnamon and 1 tbsp pumpkin puree; beat to combine.

Slowly add the remaining pumpkin puree, beating until smooth.

Add honey and vanilla; beat until thick and fluffy (2 minutes).

Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
- Use softened butter for easier mixing.
- Add more honey for a sweeter spread.
- Let chilled butter soften before serving.
