Description

A quick and creamy fall-inspired butter spread made with pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and honey. Perfect for toast, muffins, and holiday mornings.


Ingredients

2 sticks (8 oz) unsalted butter, at room temperature

1 tsp ground cinnamon

¼ tsp ground nutmeg (optional)

Pinch of fine sea salt

¼ cup + 2 tbsp pure pumpkin puree

¼ cup honey

1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat butter until light and fluffy (1–2 minutes).

  2. Add cinnamon and 1 tbsp pumpkin puree; beat to combine.

  3. Slowly add the remaining pumpkin puree, beating until smooth.

  4. Add honey and vanilla; beat until thick and fluffy (2 minutes).

  5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

  • Use softened butter for easier mixing.
  • Add more honey for a sweeter spread.
  • Let chilled butter soften before serving.
