Ingredients
For the Bars:
1 cup grated zucchini
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1½ cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
For the Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

Stir dry ingredients into wet until just combined. Fold in grated zucchini.

Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool completely in the pan.

Mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Spread over cooled bars.

Cut into squares and serve
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for 3–5 days.
- For added texture, stir in chopped nuts or mini chocolate chips.
