Ingredients

Vegetables

Dairy

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it reaches the right temperature by the time your dip is ready to bake.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the thawed and drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mixing thoroughly to blend all flavors evenly.
