Instructions

- Combine and Simmer: Add the roasted butternut squash to the pot with the sautéed onion and garlic. Pour in the vegetable broth, then bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Blend the Soup: Use an immersion blender directly in the pot or transfer the soup in batches to a blender. Blend until the soup reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
