Instructions
- Prepare baking sheet and sticks: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Insert one lollipop stick into the center of each marshmallow, making them ready for dipping.
- Melt white chocolate: Place the white chocolate chips or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20–30 second intervals, stirring well after each, until the chocolate is completely smooth and melted. Optionally add coconut oil or shortening to improve texture.
- Dip marshmallows: Dip each marshmallow fully into the melted white chocolate, ensuring an even coating. Gently tap the stick against the bowl edge to remove excess chocolate for a neat finish.
- Add sprinkles: While the chocolate is still wet, immediately sprinkle your choice of Valentine’s themed sprinkles over the coated marshmallows to decorate them festively.
- Optional drizzle: Melt the pink or red candy melts similarly and drizzle them over the coated marshmallow pops to add extra color and decoration.
