- Dip marshmallows: Fully submerge each marshmallow into the melted white chocolate, gently tapping off any excess chocolate to avoid drips.
- Decorate: Immediately sprinkle Valentine’s sprinkles over the wet chocolate coating so they adhere well.
- Add colored drizzle (optional): Melt the pink or red candy melts similarly and drizzle over the coated pops for extra color and festive appearance.
- Set the pops: Stand the marshmallow pops upright in a foam block or lay them flat on the parchment paper. Allow the chocolate to harden completely at room temperature, about 20–30 minutes.
