A quick and fresh Mediterranean-inspired naan pizza featuring tangy tzatziki, lean chicken, fresh veggies, and briny feta—ready in under 25 minutes.
Ingredients
2 naan bread (whole wheat or gluten-free)
1 cup cooked shredded chicken
½ cup tzatziki sauce (Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon, dill)
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup cucumber, diced
¼ cup red onion, sliced
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Brush naan with olive oil.

Spread tzatziki sauce, leaving edges clear.

Top with chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion.

Add feta, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are crisp.

Garnish with parsley and extra tzatziki if desired. Serve warm.
