Ingredients
Sweet Potato Rounds:
- 2 large sweet potatoes, sliced into ½-inch rounds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Toppings:
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss sweet potato rounds with olive oil and salt.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Top with marshmallows, pecans, and drizzle maple syrup.
- Bake 5 more minutes until marshmallows are golden.
