Ingredients
Mushrooms:
- 20 whole white mushrooms
Filling:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare mushrooms: Remove stems from mushrooms and finely chop.
- Sauté: Sauté mushroom stems with garlic in a skillet. Cool slightly.
- Mix filling: Mix sautéed stems with cream cheese, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Fill mushrooms: Fill mushroom caps with the mixture.
- Bake: Bake for 20 minutes.
