Description

Savory and satisfying, these bite-sized Stuffed Mushrooms are the perfect appetizer for entertaining.


Ingredients

Mushrooms:

  • 20 whole white mushrooms

Filling:

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare mushrooms: Remove stems from mushrooms and finely chop.
  3. Sauté: Sauté mushroom stems with garlic in a skillet. Cool slightly.
  4. Mix filling: Mix sautéed stems with cream cheese, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fill mushrooms: Fill mushroom caps with the mixture.
  6. Bake: Bake for 20 minutes.

  • Add breadcrumbs on top for a golden crunch.
  • Vegan cream cheese works well as a swap.
