Sticky Beef Noodles is a flavor-packed Asian-inspired stir-fry made with tender beef, crisp vegetables, and noodles tossed in a sweet and savory sauce. It’s an easy, satisfying dinner that’s perfect for weeknights.
Ingredients
For the Beef:
1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp vegetable oil
For the Sauce:
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
For the Noodles and Vegetables:
8 oz egg noodles (or preferred noodles)
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup snap peas or green beans
2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

In a bowl, mix sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.

In another bowl, whisk together sauce ingredients and set aside.

Cook noodles as per package instructions, drain, and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add marinated beef and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until browned.

Add bell pepper, onion, and snap peas. Stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes.

Add cooked noodles and sauce to the skillet. Toss everything to coat evenly.

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot.

- Slice beef thin and against the grain for tenderness.
- Adjust sweetness or saltiness in the sauce to your taste.
- Double the sauce if you prefer extra sticky noodles.
