Description

These crispy, oven-baked spinach cheese crisps are the ultimate low-carb snack or crunchy salad topper. Made with a flavorful blend of spinach, feta, parmesan, and mozzarella, they’re quick, easy, and endlessly snackable!

Ingredients

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

½ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated

½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 tsp olive oil

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp dried oregano

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, combine chopped spinach, feta, parmesan, mozzarella, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten gently into circles, leaving space between each.

  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until edges are golden and cheese is bubbly.

  5. Cool for 5 minutes to firm up. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

  • Make sure spinach is dry to prevent sogginess.
  • Thinner circles = crispier chips.
  • These are best fresh but can be stored in an airtight container.
