Description
A refreshing blend of floral lavender, zesty lemon, and bubbly sparkling water. This non-alcoholic mocktail is naturally sweetened and perfect for summer parties, showers, or relaxing afternoons. A beautifully light and hydrating drink everyone can enjoy.
Ingredients
2 cups fresh lemon juice
4 cups infused coconut water
1/4 cup dried lavender or 1/2 cup fresh lavender
1/2 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
4 cups sparkling water
Ice cubes
Lemon slices and lavender sprigs for garnish
Instructions

In a saucepan, heat coconut water with lavender for 10 minutes until fragrant. Do not boil.

Remove from heat and let steep for another 10 minutes. Strain to remove the lavender.

In a large pitcher, combine the lavender coconut water with fresh lemon juice and sweetener. Stir until well mixed.

Just before serving, add sparkling water. Stir gently and taste for sweetness.

Pour over ice and garnish with lemon slices and lavender sprigs.
