Ingredients
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 tsp butterfly pea tea (loose or in a teabag)
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp honey (or to taste)
Instructions

Heat milk in a small pot over medium heat until warm (do not boil).

Add butterfly pea tea and steep for 3–5 minutes until the milk turns blue.

Remove the tea or strain.

Stir in cinnamon and honey until fully dissolved.
