Description
A fruity and warm slow cooker party punch bursting with pineapple, cranberry, and orange juices, infused with cinnamon and optional spices, finished with a fizzy splash of ginger ale for a festive and refreshing beverage that’s perfect for gatherings and holiday celebrations.
Ingredients
Juices
- 4 cups pineapple juice
- 4 cups cranberry juice
- 2 cups orange juice
Additional Ingredients
- 2 cups ginger ale (added at the end)
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 3–4 cinnamon sticks
- Optional: whole cloves, star anise
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients: Gather pineapple juice, cranberry juice, orange juice, ginger ale, sliced orange and lemon, cinnamon sticks, and optional spices such as whole cloves and star anise.
- Combine in slow cooker: Pour all the juices except the ginger ale into the slow cooker. Add the sliced orange and lemon as well as the cinnamon sticks and any optional spices you’d like.
- Cook slowly: Set the slow cooker to Low and cook the mixture for 2 to 3 hours to allow the flavors to meld and warm through slowly.
- Add ginger ale and serve: Just before serving, stir in the ginger ale to add a refreshing fizz to the punch. Serve warm or pour over ice for a chilled version.
Notes
- For a deeper warm flavor, add apple cider to the mix before cooking.
- To serve chilled, allow the punch to cool after cooking, then add ice cubes or refrigerate before serving.
