Creamy seafood-stuffed lasagna roll-ups featuring tender shrimp, sweet crab, and a rich homemade Alfredo sauce. A restaurant-quality meal made easy at home!
Ingredients
Filling:
8 lasagna noodles, cooked
1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
1 cup lump crab meat
1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan
1 egg
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Alfredo Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 ½ cups heavy cream
¾ cup grated Parmesan
Salt & pepper
Topping:
½ cup shredded mozzarella
Extra Parmesan
Instructions

Make Alfredo sauce: Melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream, and simmer. Stir in Parmesan and season.

Prepare filling: Mix ricotta, cheeses, egg, seasoning, shrimp, and crab.

Assemble roll-ups: Spread filling on each lasagna noodle, roll, and place seam-side down in a greased dish.

Add sauce and cheese: Pour Alfredo over rolls, top with mozzarella and Parmesan.

Bake: Cover and bake at 375°F for 20 mins, then uncover and bake 10–15 mins until golden and bubbly.

Serve: Let cool 5 mins. Garnish if desired.
Notes
- Substitute crab with imitation crab if needed.
- Add sautéed spinach for extra veggies.
- Use pre-made Alfredo in a pinch.
