Ingredients
For the patties:
1 pound raw shrimp
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon lime juice
For the guacamole:
1 avocado, mashed
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 small jalapeño, minced (optional)
Salt, to taste
Lime juice, to taste
To serve:
Burger buns
Lettuce and tomato
Instructions

Pulse shrimp in a food processor until chunky.

Mix shrimp with breadcrumbs, garlic, spices, egg, and lime.
