Shrimp and Asparagus Angel Hair Pasta is a light, flavorful dish featuring tender shrimp, crisp asparagus, and a garlic-lemon wine sauce tossed with delicate pasta. A quick and elegant dinner ready in 20 minutes!
Ingredients
8 oz angel hair pasta
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
¼ cup white wine
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side, then remove.

Add garlic and asparagus to the skillet. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until tender.

Pour in white wine and lemon juice. Simmer for 2 minutes.

Return shrimp and add pasta. Toss to combine.

Sprinkle with Parmesan, season with salt and pepper, and toss again.

Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Add red pepper flakes for heat or cream for a richer sauce.
- Best served fresh, but leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
