Description
Make easy, crispy salmon patties in under 30 minutes! This quick recipe uses canned or fresh salmon and comes with a creamy lemon-garlic dipping sauce.
Ingredients
For the Patties:
2 cans (6 oz each) salmon or 12 oz cooked salmon
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
¼ cup onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp paprika
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
For the Sauce:
½ cup Greek yogurt or mayo
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 garlic clove, minced
½ tsp honey (optional)
½ tsp Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Mix all patty ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.

Form into 8 small patties. Let rest for 5–10 minutes.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.

Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Adjust to taste.

Serve patties with sauce and garnish with parsley or lemon.
Notes
- Gluten-Free: Use gluten-free breadcrumbs or crushed rice crackers.
- Dairy-Free: Use dairy-free yogurt or stick with mayonnaise in the sauce.
- Low-Carb/Keto: Swap breadcrumbs for almond flour
