Fragrant, creamy, and relaxing — this rose cardamom tea latte is a floral twist on your classic cup of tea. Made with black tea, cardamom, steamed milk, and rose syrup, it’s perfect for slow mornings or cozy evenings.
Ingredients
1 black tea bag (or 1 tsp loose black tea)
½ cup hot water
½ cup steamed milk (dairy or non-dairy)
¼ tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp rose syrup or rose water
Optional: sweetener (honey, sugar, maple syrup, agave)
Optional garnish: dried rose petals, cinnamon stick, or ground cardamom
Instructions

Steep tea in hot water for 3–4 minutes.

Stir in cardamom, rose syrup/rose water, and sweetener if using.

Steam or froth milk until hot and pour over tea mixture.
