Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400 °F (200 °C) to prepare for roasting the vegetables evenly and quickly.
- Prepare the vegetables: Arrange the trimmed asparagus and halved cherry tomatoes on a sheet pan in a single layer to ensure even cooking.
- Season and coat: Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables, then season with salt and pepper. Toss gently on the pan to coat everything evenly.
- Roast the vegetables: Place the sheet pan in the oven and roast for 12–15 minutes until the asparagus is tender and the tomatoes are slightly caramelized and bursting.
- Add finishing touches: Remove from the oven and optionally drizzle with balsamic glaze or sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese for an extra layer of flavor.
