Description

These easy stuffed biscuits are filled with deli roast beef and melty provolone cheese, then brushed with a savory butter-herb mixture and baked until golden. Served with warm beef broth for dipping, they’re the ultimate comfort food!

Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

8 slices deli roast beef

8 slices provolone cheese

¼ cup butter, melted

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon dried thyme

½ teaspoon dried rosemary

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

  2. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.

  3. Place one slice of roast beef and one slice of cheese on each dough circle.

  4. Fold and seal dough around the filling to form a ball.

  5. Arrange seam-side down in the baking dish.

  6. Mix melted butter with Worcestershire sauce and spices.

  7. Brush butter mixture over the tops of the biscuits.

  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden and cooked through.

  9. Heat beef broth in a saucepan.

  10. Serve biscuits warm with beef broth on the side for dipping.

Notes

  • Seal the biscuit edges tightly to prevent leaks.
  • For crispier bottoms, use a metal baking sheet instead of a dish.
  • Add a slice of tomato or pickles inside for extra flavor.
