Description

Indulge in this Raspberry Chocolate Lasagna with layers of chocolate pudding, raspberry cheesecake filling, and a crunchy Oreo crust. A simple, no-bake dessert that’s perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

For the Crust:

2025 Oreo cookies

6 tablespoons butter, melted

For the Chocolate Pudding Layer:

1 package chocolate pudding mix

1 cup milk (for the pudding)

½ cup Cool Whip (for the chocolate layer)

For the Raspberry Layer:

1 cup Cool Whip (for the raspberry layer)

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

½ cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base Layer:
Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with the melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of an 8×8-inch dish. Freeze for 10 minutes to set the crust.

  2. Make the Chocolate Pudding Layer:
Prepare the chocolate pudding mix with 1 cup of milk according to package instructions. Once set, fold in ½ cup Cool Whip. Spread this chocolate mixture evenly over the chilled Oreo crust. Freeze for another 10-15 minutes.

  3. Create the Raspberry Layer:
Beat together softened cream cheese, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Fold in raspberries and the remaining 1 cup of Cool Whip. Spread this raspberry mixture over the chocolate pudding layer.

  4. Assemble the Layers:
Top the raspberry layer with the remaining Cool Whip and smooth it out evenly. Garnish with fresh raspberries or chocolate shavings if desired.

  5. Chill the Dessert:
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set the layers

Notes

  • Berry Mix: Use strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries instead of raspberries for a new twist.
  • Chocolate Drizzle: Drizzle melted chocolate over the top for a richer chocolate flavor.
  • Crunchy Toppings: Add chopped nuts like almonds, walnuts, or pecans for extra crunch.
  • Lighter Version: Use fat-free pudding, reduced-fat cream cheese, and low-fat Cool Whip for a lighter option.
