Tender chicken wrapped in prosciutto and sage, pan-seared until golden and served with a quick pan sauce made from chicken broth and butter. An elegant, easy recipe perfect for weeknight dinners or entertaining.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 slices prosciutto
8 fresh sage leaves
½ cup all‑purpose flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
½ cup chicken broth
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Pound chicken to ½-inch thickness.

Season with salt and pepper. Wrap in prosciutto with a sage leaf.

Dredge in flour.

Heat oil and half the butter. Sear prosciutto-side down until crispy, 4–5 minutes.

Flip, add remaining butter, cook until done. Remove chicken.

Pour in broth, scrape pan bits, simmer 2–3 minutes to reduce.

Serve chicken topped with pan sauce.
