Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups coarsely crushed pretzels
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (for sauce)

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Set up three bowls: flour, beaten eggs with Dijon, and crushed pretzels.

Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then egg, then pretzels.
