Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each), skin removed
1 cup coconut milk (full‑fat)
½ cup fish stock or water
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
2 garlic cloves, minced

Zest of 1 lime
Juice of 2 limes

Instructions
