Description

A naturally vibrant, cozy drink made with beetroot powder, maple syrup, and milk. Creamy, caffeine-free, and perfect for a comforting winter ritual.

Ingredients

1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey/sweetener of choice)

1 tsp beetroot powder

1 pinch ground cinnamon

Optional: extra beet powder, cinnamon, or dried lavender for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat ½ cup of milk with beet powder and cinnamon until it reaches a gentle boil.

  2. Froth the remaining ½ cup of milk using a whisk, frother, or blender.

  3. Pour the hot beet milk into a mug, top with frothed milk.

  4. Stir in sweetener. Garnish as desired and enjoy!

Notes

  • For iced pink latte: dissolve beet powder in warm milk first before adding cold milk and ice.
  • Beetroot can stain clothing — handle with care!
  • Add spices like ginger or cardamom for extra warmth.
