Ingredients
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey/sweetener of choice)
1 tsp beetroot powder
1 pinch ground cinnamon
Optional: extra beet powder, cinnamon, or dried lavender for garnish
Instructions

In a saucepan, heat ½ cup of milk with beet powder and cinnamon until it reaches a gentle boil.

Froth the remaining ½ cup of milk using a whisk, frother, or blender.
