Description

Creamy, naturally sweetened, and full of rich peanut butter flavor, these Frozen Yogurt Bars are the perfect cold treat. With just a few pantry ingredients and no baking required, they’re a quick and healthy dessert option for the whole family.

Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat for best texture)

½ cup peanut butter (natural, creamy or chunky)

¼ cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

¼ cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.

  2. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped peanuts if using.

  3. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

  4. Pour the mixture into the dish and spread evenly with a spatula.

  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

  6. Lift out of the pan and slice into bars or squares.

  7. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Notes

  • Full-fat yogurt makes the creamiest bars.
  • Optional mix-ins: shredded coconut, granola, or crushed pretzels.
  • Allow bars to sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes if you prefer a softer texture.
