Instructions

- Mash Potatoes: Return the drained potatoes to the pot or a large bowl. Add the butter, sour cream, and milk, then mash until the mixture is smooth and creamy, adding more milk as needed for desired consistency.
- Season: Season the mashed potatoes with salt and pepper to taste, mixing well to incorporate the flavors evenly.
- Keep Warm: Transfer the mashed potatoes to a baking dish and keep warm in a preheated oven at 200 °F until ready to serve, ensuring they stay creamy and hot for your party or holiday meal.
