- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt & pepper to taste
Other
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a flavorful marinade for the chicken.
- Marinate the Chicken: Add the cubed chicken breast to the marinade, stirring well to ensure all pieces are coated. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Thread Skewers: Once marinated, thread the chicken pieces evenly onto wooden or metal skewers, readying them for cooking.
- Cook the Skewers: Grill the skewers or pan-sear them over medium-high heat for about 3–4 minutes per side, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
- Serve: Remove the chicken from the heat and serve immediately with lemon wedges or a side of aioli for dipping.
Notes
- Add chopped bell peppers or onions to the skewers for added color and flavor.
- These skewers are perfect when served over rice or accompanied by a fresh Spanish salad.
