Description

A bold, bittersweet Non-Alcoholic Negroni that delivers the same aromatic depth and balance as the classic cocktail — all without any alcohol. Perfect for those seeking the sophisticated flavors of a Negroni with a healthier, alcohol-free twist.

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 oz non-alcoholic gin (or juniper tonic)
  • 2 oz non-alcoholic aperitif (such as Lyre’s Italian Orange)
  • 2 oz non-alcoholic vermouth alternative or cranberry juice
  • Ice
  • Orange peel, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill mixing glass: Fill a mixing glass with plenty of ice to chill your ingredients properly.
  2. Add ingredients and stir: Pour in the non-alcoholic gin, aperitif, and vermouth alternative (or cranberry juice). Stir gently for 20 seconds to combine and chill the mixture well without diluting it excessively.
  3. Strain into glass: Using a strainer, pour the chilled mixture into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Garnish: Twist a fresh strip of orange peel over the glass to release its oils, then use it as a garnish to enhance aroma and flavor.

Notes

  • Adjust the bitterness by adding more or less non-alcoholic aperitif to suit your taste preferences.
  • For an elevated presentation, serve over a single large ice cube which melts slower and keeps the drink chilled without watering it down quickly.
