These rich, chewy no-bake dessert balls are made with sweetened condensed milk, graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and chocolate chips. Easy to make, delicious to eat, and perfect for parties or snacks.
Ingredients
1 can (14 oz / 300 ml) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups dried shredded coconut
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (plus extra for rolling)
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Add graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and chocolate chips. Stir to combine thoroughly.

Cover and refrigerate mixture for 1 hour, or until firm enough to roll.

Roll into 1¼-inch balls using your hands or a cookie scoop.

Roll each ball in extra graham cracker crumbs to coat.

Place on a baking sheet and chill for another 30–60 minutes until firm.

Serve cold and store in the fridge or freezer.
