Instructions

- Layer the casserole: In a baking dish, begin by placing a layer of sliced zucchini. Next, add a layer of the browned beef mixture, followed by a layer of diced tomatoes, and then sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese on top.
- Repeat layering: Continue layering zucchini, beef mixture, tomatoes, and cheese until all ingredients are used, finishing with a generous cheese layer on top.
- Bake the casserole: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
