Description

Ingredients

Potato Fries:

  • 6 small to medium Russet potatoes, cut into fries
  • 1 ½ tablespoons canola oil or olive oil
  • Sea salt, to taste

Toppings:

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup finely shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 slices beef, crispy cooked and chopped
  • 1 green onion, finely sliced
  • Sour cream (optional, for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Prepare Potatoes: Wash, scrub, and cut potatoes into fries. Toss with oil, salt, garlic, and onion powder.
  3. Bake: Spread fries on the baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until crispy.
  4. Prepare Toppings: Melt butter with garlic and onion powder. Sprinkle cheeses over fries and bake until melted.
