Ingredients
Potato Fries:
- 6 small to medium Russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 ½ tablespoons canola oil or olive oil
- Sea salt, to taste
Toppings:
- 3 tablespoons butter
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup finely shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 slices beef, crispy cooked and chopped
- 1 green onion, finely sliced
- Sour cream (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Prepare Potatoes: Wash, scrub, and cut potatoes into fries. Toss with oil, salt, garlic, and onion powder.
- Bake: Spread fries on the baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until crispy.
- Prepare Toppings: Melt butter with garlic and onion powder. Sprinkle cheeses over fries and bake until melted.
- Finish: Top fries with crispy beef, green onions, and sour cream if desired.
