Ingredients

1 cup cream cheese

½ cup sugar

¼ cup milk

¼ cup unsalted butter

3 large eggs, separated

½ cup all-purpose flour

¼ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 320°F (160°C) and line muffin tin with liners.

  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, milk, and butter until smooth.

  3. Add egg yolks one at a time, mixing well.

  4. Whisk egg whites until soft peaks form.

  5. Fold egg whites into cream cheese mixture gently.

  6. Sift flour and salt, fold until just combined.

  7. Pour batter into liners, filling 2/3 full.

  8. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden and toothpick clean.

  9. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then transfer to wire rack.
