Instructions
- Warm Tortillas: Gently warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes on each side or until they are soft and pliable, ready to be filled.
- Prepare Slaw: In a bowl, combine the shredded cabbage with the mustard and mayonnaise. Mix well until the cabbage is evenly coated to create a creamy, tangy slaw.
- Assemble Tacos: Divide the shredded corned beef evenly among the warm tortillas. Top each with a generous amount of the prepared cabbage slaw. Serve immediately while warm for best taste and texture.
Notes
- For a “Reuben taco” variation, add pickles or Swiss cheese before serving.
- You can substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
