Description

Ingredients

For the Chicken:

lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

For the Hot Honey Sauce:

¼ cup honey

12 tsp chili flakes

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

1 tbsp butter or olive oil

1 garlic clove, minced

Optional: pinch of cayenne

For Garnish:

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

Fresh parsley or mint

Lemon zest or juice

Optional: sesame seeds or chili flakes


Instructions

  • Pat chicken dry. In a bowl, toss with olive oil, lemon juice, and seasonings. Marinate 10–15 minutes.

  • Cook chicken on stovetop (5–6 minutes per side) or bake at 400°F (20–25 minutes).

  • In a small saucepan, heat honey, chili flakes, vinegar, butter/oil, and garlic for 2–3 minutes.

  • Pour sauce over chicken. Top with feta and let sit briefly. Garnish with herbs and lemon.

  • Serve with your favorite sides.
