1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat and Prepare
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Step 2: Boil the Sweet Potatoes
Slice the sweet potatoes into thick rounds, about 1 inch thick.
Boil the sweet potato slices in salted water for about 8-10 minutes until they’re fork-tender but not falling apart.
Drain and let the slices cool slightly.
